Future Chief of Staff / Operations

Founding Operator

We're looking to meet people who may eventually become one of the first operational leaders at Solcho.

This is not a traditional assistant role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building things from the ground floor, creating structure, solving problems, and helping turn ideas into execution.

As Solcho grows, this role could evolve into Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or another key operational role.

Planning and prioritization
Operations and project coordination
Partnership outreach and follow-ups
Research and special projects
Keeping initiatives organized and moving forward
Helping transform ideas into execution

Requirements

Fluent English communication
Bilingual English/Korean or English/Spanish
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones

Compensation

Compensation will depend on experience, availability, and overall fit.
