We're starting to meet infrastructure engineers who could help make Solcho stable, scalable, and easier to ship as the product grows. This is not a formal hiring process yet. We're looking for someone who would be unusually strong in this area and interested in an early conversation.
Experience with AWS, Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Pulumi, Grafana, and CI/CD is required. You should be comfortable owning infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, observability, and the systems that help the rest of the team move quickly without breaking things.
Go experience would be a strong plus, but it is not required. More than anything, we're looking for someone who can bring calm judgment, strong technical standards, and practical architecture instincts to an early-stage product.
Solcho is an entertainment company, so genuine enthusiasm for entertainment matters here. You do not need to love everything, but you should be genuinely passionate about at least one part of the world we are building for, whether that is music, film and television, gaming, creators, or something adjacent.
No resume needed yet. Just tell us what caught your attention, what you bring that is hard to find, where you're based, and the compensation you'd need to make this work. Since we're building an entertainment company, we'd also love to know what you're genuinely into. Tell us what you're watching, listening to, or playing right now, or just give us a favorite movie, show, artist, or game. We'll do our best to respond to everyone, but please understand we're currently a small team wearing a lot of hats and are primarily looking to connect with people who may be a great fit when the timing is right.
