We are looking for an exceptional generalist to work directly alongside the leadership at Solcho. This role is a unique hybrid of execution and support. We need someone who genuinely loves creating order out of chaos, turning loose ideas into reality, and handling the daily operational details that keep a young company running smoothly.
Day to day, you will be a quiet force behind our execution. That means jumping fluidly between project work like partnership outreach and research, and essential ground level tasks like organizing workflows, managing local communications, and handling email tracking. Over time, as we build trust and the company grows, this role will naturally scale into a core leadership path that we design together.
We care deeply about high emotional intelligence, absolute reliability, and a strong sense of situational awareness. Because early-stage startup work requires navigating fluid ideas and fast-moving creative pivots, we need someone who can naturally read between the lines, stay patient through ambiguity, and anticipate what needs to happen next. Your resourcefulness and adaptability matter much more to us than your credentials. You must be comfortable working with high autonomy and operating across time zones.
Solcho is an entertainment company, so genuine enthusiasm for entertainment matters here. You do not need to love everything, but you should be genuinely passionate about at least one part of the world we are building for, whether that is music, film and television, gaming, creators, or something adjacent.
