We're interested in people with strong product judgment, clean implementation habits, and the ability to improve an interface without needing every detail spelled out.
Good visual and product taste
Comfort working from imperfect requirements
Care for details without getting stuck in perfectionism
Clear communication

Comfort reading backend/API contracts
Basic understanding of deployment workflows
Experience improving conversion, onboarding, or marketplace flows
